    OBSERVATION DATA

Researchers at the Space Syntax Laboratory and Space Syntax Limited collect data on pedestrian movement and other activities in projects around the world.

Some of this data will be made available for academic use, free of charge. Interested researchers must register and submit evidence of academic affiliation. The verification process may take 2-3 weeks.

Unless specified otherwise, each set will be provided as a .ZIP file containing identical copies of the data in five different formats:

All data has been geocoded but, due to copyright restrictions, base maps cannot be supplied by the Space Syntax Laboratory or Space Syntax Limited. However, researchers in the United Kingdom may be eligible to receive Ordnance Survey maps of the UK free of charge through the EDINA Digimap service. See http://edina.ac.uk/digimap/ for more details.

    30 St Mary Axe, 1999
